    Yes. We design sessions that produce results in 30 to 45 minutes and give you micro routines for busy days.


  • Can you coordinate with my doctor or therapist

    Yes. With your permission we align training and recovery with your clinician’s plan.


  • Do I need labs

    No. Labs are optional. Many clients start with coaching then add labs later.

  • Is this safe during perimenopause or menopause

    Yes. We lift for muscle and bone, coach protein and recovery, and adjust intensity to your symptoms. Medical partners can add support if you are eligible.
