Two to three guided strength sessions. One conditioning assignment that fits your week. A tiny step goal. One high priority nutrition change that reduces friction right away.

Week 3. Refinement

Adjust lifts and zones. Add a recovery habit that helps sleep and cravings. Review photos and tape. If you are eligible and choose medical support, your clinician finalizes protocol.

Week 4. Proof

Recheck the simple markers. Celebrate what worked. Tune what did not. Set the next target so progress keeps moving.

    Not at first. We start with protein anchors and simple templates. Tracking is a tool we use only if needed.

  • How many days per week

    Most clients train two to three days, then walk and do short mobility between sessions.

  • Do I need labs

    No. Labs are optional. Many clients add them later for deeper personalization.

  • Do you offer GLP-1

    Yes. Our licensed medical partners can prescribe GLP-1 for eligible clients after evaluation.
